Hindustan Resins & Terpenes has an overall Quality Initiative involving every Department of the company, starting from Procurement of Raw-Materials, Production, Marketing and concluding with Customer Satisfaction. At NPC, we are committed to maximize customer satisfaction by understanding our customers' needs and providing good quality products and services consistently.
The Process of Quality maintenance begins from the Purchase of Raw materials, its analytical testing and approval before consumption, stringent control of processing parameters and approval of the finished products by the Quality Control Department before dispatch. The norms of Quality Control Department are being strictly followed, without any deviation from the standards. Procedures for the purchase of raw materials, Processing parameters & Specification of the finished goods testing have been laid down in Detail. In order to keep a Close Scrutiny on Our Quality Control & Management Efficiency we have Obtained ISO-9001 Certification.
Our quality control team not only tests & certifies all products to meet specifications during our manufacturing process but also works with our customers to ensure that their end product parameters are duly met. We strive to achieve zero defects across all our manufacturing facilities & this has resulted in making every year a 'NIL REJECTION' year for us.
